Due to our concern for all of you, we are limiting social contact. In compliance with both state and federal guidelines, for the foreseeable future we at ECCT will be having our services online. We will seek to enhance our online presence and will try to get added material to you as we are able. Please be patient as we are still working out the details and seeking to get the necessary things in place to do this effectively.
Sunday March 22, 2020
Scripture is one way God talks to us. He has words of encouragement and comfort for each of us, even in this difficult and stressful time.
Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Our Call to worship is from Psalm 24: 7-10
Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty - he is the King of glory.
Music is a wonderful gift from God. It is a way to communicate beyond mere words. While we can't all sing together in the sanctuary this week we can still lift our voices in praise of The One in control of everything. (God is the only one listening and He loves to hear you sing) then come back here and listen to Pastor Denis' message.

After listening to Denis we recommend closing with You Are My All in All https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8UEpPMopBU
Thank you for joining us and listening. May God bless you as we weather the storm, and to the One who can command the storm (Mat 8:27) be all the glory.
Col 3:15 - Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
Gal 5:22 - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
I Pet 5:7 - Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
In our prayers

In our prayers
- We are thankful Lord that You are still in control in the midst of this pandemic and that You have promised to never leave or forsake us (Heb 13:5).
- For the Covid19 Pandemic and for the recovery of those infected we pray they will cry out to the Lord and receive His help. For the scientific community in their quest to understand and fight this virus.
- For frontline workers like medical personal and first-responders, for strength, protection & health. We are so thankful for their sacrifice & we ask for their health and safety. Help them as they see patients lose the battle with Covid19. For national, state and local leaders that they would have wisdom to lead and be able to contain the spread of this pandemic.
- For our most vulnerable, those with health challenges we pray for protection, as well as for the poor and homeless, those in shelters and those in poor nations, for their provision and care. For those experiencing financial hardship with the closures of so many businesses. For single parent homes with limited income already and now confined to homes. For those who are feeling anxious, isolated, and afraid – may they find assurance and provision in You Lord.
- For Christians both here and around the world, that we may continue to serve and minister to our neighbors in the name of Jesus.
